We understand that the fertility journey is difficult and rarely straightforward — and we know these exams can be extremely time-sensitive. We do everything we can to be extra flexible and can usually accommodate same-day appointments. We just ask that you give us a heads-up whenever possible so we can be ready for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do before my appointment to prepare?

For 48 hours before your appointment you should make sure that you are hydrated properly, and 15 minutes before your appointment, have some sugar. This will help us see baby better and hopefully get baby moving a little bit!

When is the best time to do an ultrasound?

We have different kinds of appointments for your whole pregnancy. For our Keepsake appointments like the Basic and Ultimate Peeks, 28–32 weeks is recommended because baby is a little chunkier and the facial features are more distinct.

How many people can we have at our appointment, and are kids allowed?

Kids are always allowed and we have stuff to keep them occupied while you're busy! We have seating for 9 people but more are welcome to join — there is plenty of room to stand.

Do you do fertility ultrasounds?

Yes! We have partnered with different fertility clinics, but if we receive an order, we can do the ultrasounds for any fertility clinic!

Do you do the ultrasounds that I get at the doctor's office?

Yes we do! Just have your provider send us an order requesting the exam they would like done. All of our sonographers are ARDMS Certified and follow strict guidelines when taking photos for diagnostic ultrasounds. We send everything off to a Board-Certified Radiologist who reviews everything and sends a report back!

Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not accept insurance and most insurance companies do not cover Elective Ultrasounds. If you are seeing us for a Diagnostic Ultrasound, we provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
